Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Lots of clients are having problems with IE.Once logged in, clicking on new order or takes them back to login page. If you log in again it takes you to new order page. Click on product then it takes you back to login page again and so forth...

I have tested this at home using IE9 and can confirm the problem. I have tried clearing cache using delete browsing history from tools menu and also clear cache from web developer tools in IE.

nIcKo,

I just connected to our own PSM Web server using IE9, and I'm not having any issues. I can make new orders just fine, without it taking me to the login page.

Maybe it's a security issue? Have you done things like disabling cookies, or having the browser on high security level? I've tested with the default Medium level of IE9, and that works fine, but maybe a higher setting would cause it to not remember your settings from page to page, and thus require you to reenter the information all the time.

EDIT: Also, what version of PrintShop Mail Web are you using? Are you on the latest version? I did my test on the latest version, 7.2.1.

Regards,
Raphaël Lalonde Lefebvre

Hi and thanks.
I seem to have resolved the issue by changing setting in IE9 delete browsing history to Check for newer versions of stored pages: Every time I visit the webpage

Will pass this on to multiple clients experiencing problem.
