badenk OL Newbie Registered: 09/01/11 Posts: 5 Loc: Australia	Hi, I am trying to upload a business card using the Gotham family of fonts but when the soft proof appears the fonts are all arial. I have tried installing the fonts on the computer hosting PSW but it has not helped and I am selecting collect fonts from the warning box during file upload. Any advice would be appreciated. Baden

Olivier J Unregistered	Hi Badenk, Can you let us know what the operating system is and what is the font type?(TrueType, OpenType, Type1(PS)) There has been known cases of open type fonts not showing in the output if they were used only in user defined fields of a template. We also saw possible intermittent problems with custom fonts missing in the output under windows server 2008 R2 64bit. However those issues should not occur anymore under 7.1.3. What are the PSM and PSW versions you are running? Please let us know the details. Thanks! Olivier
