This question should hopefully have a simple answer, though I haven't been able to figure it out:

I have created a text object, turned off word wrap, turned on borders, and positioned the text at the bottom center of the box. The problem is that the baseline of the text sits right on the bottom border of the box. I would like to set a small bottom margin between text and border, but the margin settings only work for the left and top sides of the object.

There must be some way to put a space above the bottom border and below the text, but I'm not seeing it, and can't find mention of it in the help or the documentation. I must be blind! There must be a way to do this!

I've often included a blank line either at the top or bottom of the box (or both), set that line's leading to something like 10 lpi and used that as my vertical offset tool. It's old-fashioned and clunky, but it works.

That's what I ended up doing. It does the trick, I suppose, but...hey, Planet Press, someone was asleep at the switch when this feature (which PP3 had) was left out!
