I'm fairly new to PlanetPress and need some assistance. We designed a form that has 1 page, however the data could be several pages, they will all look the same, nothing special there. we are using watch/image so that when the form is printed it gets converted to a pdf and emailed. We would like to have the Subject and the message body contain a some of the data from the form. this works great for a 1 page print out, i figure out how select the email options in the design tool. our problem is when the pdf becomes 2 or more pages. then the email prints the data twice or more in the subject and body. the fields we are printing are po numbers and sales order numbers that would print on subsequent pages. anyone have any ideas on how to not pull the subject and body more than once if there is more than 1 page.

Could you please try to do the following :

In the pp5 document itself in PlanetPress, make sure you do not check the "Subject" or "Message text" checkboxes of the Archive/Email/Fax option of the objects containing the data you want to add as subject or in the message body.

In PlanetPress Watch, in the "Recipients" tab of the PlanetPress Image output, right-click in the "Subject" and "Message" textboxes and select "Select Data", then the relevant data

This should add the information only once in the subject or message body of the email, even though the PDF has two or more pages with the data.
