Hi,

the PC I use for Document design used to belong to a different department. Whenever I create or sign a document, in the Notes section of the Document Basic Attributes, the wrong name appears in the "By" section. I want to change this to my name. I had the same problem with PP3 and I was advised to change the key in My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Objectif Lune\PlanetSuite\PlanetPress\3.0 which worked great. I have had a look in My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Objectif Lune\PlanetSuite\PlanetPress\5.0 but I can't seem to find the correct key even after searching.

Can someone please advise?

Thanks!

Hello,

Please be informed that the note section of the Document refers to the "System Properties" under General tab.

Hi Denise,

thanks for that. I can't change it as it causes PP5 to revert back to a trial (I have a full licensed version)...

Never mind. Thanks anyway smile

Hi Phree,

Your magic number would have changed so the activation code is no longer valid. Make a note of the new magic number and your serial number and apply for a re-activation at www.objectiflune.co.uk on the grounds of having changed your PC config.

Adrian
