I just activate my new Production enviroment, I have one VMWare Server and several remote printers nation wide. Each printer has several documents in its hard drive (same documentes in all of them). Some printers prints the trial banner in some documents.
I already deleted the printers created on Watch before activating and recreated them, downloaded the forms again and the banner is still printing.
We are going life these days and I need to print everything without banners.
Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.

Betty, have you followed these instructions?

http://help.objectiflune.com/en/knowledgebase/Default_CSH.html#/KB/FAQ/PPS/KB1462.html

Are the forms set to Optimized Postscript or Printer Centric?

The documents must be printer centric, right now I am using Optimized Postscript Stream to avoid the banner but it is affecting the network performance.
I just reviewed the Knowledge Base article you suggest and I already done all the suggested actions and the banner is still printing.
Is anything else a can do?

For printer centric forms, the KnowledgeBase article will address watermarks on the output pages.

Are you certain the printers are properly activated and that the activation codes are current? Printer updates or physical changes(parts changed) can change the magic number that determines the activation code.

Are you certain all the printer codes are listed upon the PC that saves/sends the form to said printer(s)? If one is not listed, it will watermark.

As I understand I don't need printer licenses because it is Production, I created some printers on a trial, then I activated that trial and some documents prints with banner and others don't.

My apology.
When you said "The documents must be printer centric", it inferred that you were using printer licensing. Indeed, the use of Planet press Production does not require printer licensing.

When you send the form to workflow, from Design, does it warn of a P0015 error, requiring a postscript level 3 printer?

PlanetPress Production does not need printer licenses when printing using Optimized PostScript. Printer-centric documents always require a printer license, regardless of the flavour of PlanetPress Workflow.

Use of PlanetPress on Windows servers with the Terminal Services option turned on is unsupported as it introduces differences in the environment that can cause issues with the normal operation of the software. It is highly recommended to avoid Terminal Services with PlanetPress.
