I don't know why when I try to open a PP5 file, an error message prompt (see below). I didn't do anything at all but open. HELP !!!!

Hi,

Please try to reset PlanetPress settings by doing the following.
-Make sure PlanetPress is closed.
-Double click PlanetPress Design from your desktop and immediately press down the CTRL key.
-Keep it press until PlanetPress opens.
